The Fall Edit: Superfood Recipes for the Soul

Calling all candle burning, pumpkin obsessed, fall loving cubers! It’s finally the time of year where we are loving…well actually you could say obsessed…with the Live Pure’s savory flavors: Chocolate PB&J, Mint Cacao Chip, and the infamous Churro. We have indulged in the Acai Maqui, Pitaya Protein, and Skinny Peach all spring & summer long – but now it’s time to mix it up with new superfood recipes for the soul! That’s right – by trying the recipes below you’ll be having smoothie cubes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, & dessert because yes…they are actually just that good!

CHOCOLATE FOR DINNER

-10 Chocolate PB&J Cubes
– 1 TBS. Peanut butter
– 1 ripe frozen banana
– 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Place all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth
Pour the goodness into a bowl and top with LP granola, PB & Honey
Optional toppings: raspberries, pomegranate, figs, organic chocolate drizzle – SO delicious.

WAKE ME UP OVERNIGHT OATS – HOT OR COLD

-5 Chocolate PB&J Cubes
– ½ cup of organic oats
– 1 cup of Califia Farms Mocha Cold Brew Almond Milk
COLD RECIPE: Place all ingredients in a mason jar. Let it sit for at least 2 hours or longer (overnight in the fridge.) When you’re ready to eat stir, top with raspberries, and honey drizzle. 
HOT RECIPE: Place all ingredients in a pot over the stove. Heat until the ingredients are warm. Put the yumminess in a bowl and top it with raspberries & honey drizzle.

THIN MINT FRAPPUCCINO

-10 Mint Cacao Chip Cubes
-1 cup of Califia Farms Mocha Cold Brew (Peppermint if you can find it!)
Place all of the ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth.
Optional: Top with coconut cream and crushed organic candy canes – hello goodness!

THIN MINT COOKIE NICECREAM

-10 Mint Cacao Chip Cubes
– 1 frozen ripe banana
– ¾-1 cup of chocolate oat mylk
Blend until it looks like soft serve
Top with organic oreos

PUMPKIN SPICE FRAPPUCCINO

-10 Churro Cubes
– 1 cup of Califia Farms Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew Almond Milk
– Optional: add 1 Tsp. of organic pumpkin spice and 1 TBS. pumpkin purée – MAJOR nutrients!
Place all of the ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth
Top with coconut cream and sprinkle (or maybe a few dashes for the anti-inflammatory fanatics out there) with cinnamon or nutmeg

CINNAMON BUN OVERNIGHT OATS – HOT OR COLD

-5 Churro Cubes
– ½ cup of Organic Oats
– 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
– 2 tsp. of organic pumpkin pie spice
– 1-2 TBS. of maple syrup or honey
COLD RECIPE: place all of the ingredients in a mason jar and let it sit for at least 2 hours or longer (overnight). When you’re ready to consume stir and then top with raspberries and honey drizzle. 
HOT RECIPE: place all of the ingredients in a pot and heat until warm. Then top the oats with raspberries, a sprinkle of cinnamon and of course honey drizzle.
