With Halloween just around the corner – we have been looking for the perfect treat to obsess over this #spookyseason. Something savory but sweet and has a pinch of spice….but most importantly healthy! Don’t get us wrong, having a sweet tooth during this time of year is definitely a challenge – (calling all chocolate and candy lovers to the stand) but hey, we are BIG believers in balance and let me tell you, these healthy treats are all about balance! For those 21+ and looking for a BOOzy treat – we have loved adding Bailey’s Almande or a shot…maybe two of bourbon. Definitely depends on how strong you want these delish pops to be!
For the kiddos – if you don’t want them to be having all of the caffeine…we don’t blame you! Switch out the mocha cold brew for chocolate oat or almond mylk – trust us, they will be begging for more!
For those wanting a little more crunch – we recommend adding in chopped up candy pieces! We love reese’s, kit kat, M&Ms (unreal candy is our fav!)
