LP Fave Pre-Workout Smoothie Recipes

We have put together our go-to pre-workout recipes that we have been loving! 20 second smoothies has never made leaving the door for your sweat sesh so easy.

✨ 5 Acai Maqui cubes with 1 cup of plant based milk – let it sit for 10 minutes, top if off with a drizzle of honey & nut butter, a dash of cinnamon, stir it all up and enjoy!
✨5-10 Acai Maqui cubes blended with 1/2 cup of plant based milk and 1/2 scoop of Hibiscus Vital Protein Collagen.
✨ 5 Acai Maqui cubes + 5 Skinny Peach cubes blended with 1 cup of plant based milk with Vital Proteins Unflavored Collagen with a tsp of turmeric & a dash of cinnamon.
✨ 10 Skinny Peach blended with 1 cup of plant based milk or coconut milk with Laird Turmeric Hydrate.
✨ 5 Pitaya cubes with 1 cup of plant based milk – let it sit for 10 minutes, top if off with a drizzle of honey & nut butter, stir it all up and enjoy!
