Baked Dijon Salmon
Servings: 4 people
Ingredients
- 4 4 ounce wild caught salmon filets try and go for sustainable, responsibly caught salmon companies if possible
- 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup organic bread crumbs we use gluten free
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- drizzle maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- In a shallow baking pan, place salmon skin side down
- Add a thin layer of 3 tbs of dijon mustard
- Sprinkle 1/4 cup of bread crumbs
- Add 1/4 cup off melted butter
- Drizzle maple syrup on top
- Bake for 15 minutes or until Salmon flakes easily!
