Anti-Inflammatory Morning Elixer

Lemon, turmeric and ginger all contain major anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Add these this morning ritual to your morning routine before your morning smoothie and start your day absolutely killing it. Anti-Inflammatory Morning Elixer

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • 2 cups hot water
  • 1 tspn local honey
  • 1 lemon juiced I also like to grate some lemon peel over the water!
  • 1 inch ginger grated or sliced
  • 1 inch turmeric grated or sliced

Instructions

  • Boil water
  • Add all ingredients
  • Let seep for 5 minutes and sip!
