Baked Dijon Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 4 ounce wild caught salmon filets try and go for sustainable, responsibly caught salmon companies if possible
  • 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup organic bread crumbs we use gluten free
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • drizzle maple syrup

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • In a shallow baking pan, place salmon skin side down
  • Add a thin layer of 3 tbs of dijon mustard
  • Sprinkle 1/4 cup of bread crumbs
  • Add 1/4 cup off melted butter
  • Drizzle maple syrup on top
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until Salmon flakes easily!
