Anti-Inflammatory Morning Elixer
Servings: 2
Ingredients
- 2 cups hot water
- 1 tspn local honey
- 1 lemon juiced I also like to grate some lemon peel over the water!
- 1 inch ginger grated or sliced
- 1 inch turmeric grated or sliced
Instructions
- Boil water
- Add all ingredients
- Let seep for 5 minutes and sip!
