Anti-Inflammatory Morning Elixer

Ingredients

  • 2 cups hot water
  • 1 tspn local honey
  • 1 lemon juiced I also like to grate some lemon peel over the water!
  • 1 inch ginger grated or sliced
  • 1 inch turmeric grated or sliced

Instructions

  • Boil water
  • Add all ingredients
  • Let seep for 5 minutes and sip!
