Holiday Superfood Recipes to Stay Warm This Season

It’s the time of year where you can’t help but snuggle up close to your loved ones while sipping or spooning out of your fave holiday mug (little secret – mine’s white & gold and I may or may not use it all year round…)! We’re so excited to share our Superfood Holiday Seasonal Latte and Superfood Oatmeal recipes that have become our new obsession this season. Our Superfood Holiday Seasonal Lattes were inspired by the most popular coffee orders during this time of year. We recreated them to be HEALTHY & delicious sans the guilt! If you’re not a huge coffee drinker or you don’t want to have your kid hyped up on caffeine – we don’t blame you – you can still make these recipes below, just substitute the coffee more of the suggested plant based milk!

Gingerbread Superfood Latte

Serving Size: 1
WHAT YOU NEED:
– 5 Churro Live Pure Cubes
– 1 tsp of Cinnamon
– 1/4 tsp of Ginger
– Pinch of Allspice
– Pinch of Cloves
– Pinch of Nutmeg
– 1/2 cup of Coffee *cold brew, leftover, and freshly brewed work perfectly
– 1/2 cup of Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
WHAT TO DO:
– Get your favorite pot and whisk
– Turn on your favorite holiday song and dance around the kitchen with your whisk – channel Mariah Carey
– Put the cubes and pour the unsweetened vanilla almond milk and coffee into the pot
– Set the stove to medium and begin stirring. As the cubes are melting begin adding the cinnamon, ginger, allspice, cloves,  and nutmeg
– Change the temp to low and continue stirring until the cubes are completely melted
– Get your fave holiday mug, pour and enjoy!
*for fun – we love adding a tablespoon of  SoDelicious CocoWhip with a dash of cinnamon on top! 

Peppermint Bark Mocha Superfood Latte

Serving Size: 1
WHAT YOU NEED:
– 5 Mint Cacao Chip Cubes
– 1/2 cup of Coffee *cold brew, leftover, and freshly brewed work perfectly
– 1/2 cup of Oatly! Chocolate Milk or Califia Farms Peppermint Mocha Cold Brew
WHAT TO DO:
– Follow the first two steps above. Very importante when making a Live Pure Superfood Latte!
– Put the cubes & pour the liquid of your choice and coffee into the pot 
– Set the stove to medium and begin stirring 
– As the cubes are almost done melting set the temp to low and continue stirring until they are completely melted
– Get your fave holiday mug, pour and enjoy!
*for fun – we love adding a tablespoon of  SoDelicious CocoWhip with a dash of crushed candy cane pieces!

Superfood Caffè Mocha

Serving Size: 1
WHAT YOU NEED:
– 5 Chocolate PB&J Cubes
– 1/2 cup of Coffee *cold brew, leftover, and freshly brewed work perfectly
– 1/2 cup of Oatly! Chocolate Milk
WHAT TO DO:
– Follow the first two steps above. Very importante when making a Live Pure Superfood Latte!

Overnight oats are the perfect meal to keep you warm as we enter this chilly jolly season! These delicious recipes only take a few minutes to make and have honestly become such a staple with the LP team. We promise you – after one bite you’ll be craving these babies all. the. time.

Wake Me Up Overnight Oats

Serving Size: 1
WHAT YOU NEED:
-5 Chocolate PB&J Cubes
– ½ cup of organic oats
– 1 cup of Califia Farms Mocha Cold Brew Almond Milk
WHAT TO DO:
– Place all ingredients in a pot over the stove. Heat until the ingredients are warm.
– Put the yumminess in a bowl and top it with LP granola, raspberries & honey drizzle.
* for fun – add some organic dark chocolate chips!



Cinnamon Bun Overnight Oats

Serving Size: 1
WHAT YOU NEED:
-5 Churro Cubes
– ½ cup of Organic Oats
– 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
– 2 tsp. of organic pumpkin pie spice
– 1-2 TBS. of maple syrup or honey 
WHAT TO DO:
– Place all of the ingredients in a pot and heat until warm.
– Top the oats with berries, LP granola, a sprinkle of cinnamon & of course honey drizzle.
*for fun – add some organic dark chocolate chips




Acai Berry Overnight Oats

Serving Size: 1
WHAT YOU NEED:
-5 Acai Maqui Cubes
– ½ cup of Organic Oats
– 1 cup of coconut milk
– 1-2 TBS. of maple syrup or honey 
WHAT TO DO:
– Place all of the ingredients in a pot and heat until warm.
– Top the oats with berries, LP granola, a sprinkle of cinnamon & of course honey or maple syrup drizzle.
*for fun – add some organic dark chocolate chips & coconut flakes
