To-Die-For Avo Toast
I have been preparing this intense avocado toast for years now and it is STILL one of my top 5 favorite recipes. Make this for a meal or cut up into smaller pieces for an amazing appetizer with guests.
Servings: 1 people
Ingredients
- 1/2-1 whole avocado
- 4 whole grape tomatoes
- 1 whole scallion stalk
- 1/2 tsp chia or hemp seeds
- 1 tsp orange infused olive oil (you can use olive oil and squeeze orange on top)
- 1 tbsp feta
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1 tbsp microgreens
- 1 pinch sea salt and pepper
- orange rind to taste
- cumin is optional
- 2 pieces organic whole wheat or gluten free bread
Instructions
- Take half or full avocado and smooth onto two pieces of toast.
- Sprinkle with pink salt and pepper to taste.
- Slice tomatoes in half and add to toast.
- Thinly slice scallion and add.
- Sprinkle with hemp or chia seeds.
- Top with feta cheese, micro greens, olive oil, and orange rind.
- Sprinkle with a touch of cumin if desired.
