Ingredients
1/2-1wholeavocado
4wholegrape tomatoes
1wholescallion stalk
1/2tspchia or hemp seeds
1tsporange infused olive oil(you can use olive oil and squeeze orange on top)
1tbspfeta
1tbspchopped cilantro
1tbspmicrogreens
1pinchsea salt and pepper
orange rind to taste
cumin is optional
2piecesorganic whole wheat or gluten free bread
Instructions
Take half or full avocado and smooth onto two pieces of toast.
Sprinkle with pink salt and pepper to taste.
Slice tomatoes in half and add to toast.
Thinly slice scallion and add.
Sprinkle with hemp or chia seeds.
Top with feta cheese, micro greens, olive oil, and orange rind.
