Two Day Detox

Morning

Wake Up

Two cups of warm, filtered water with lemon.

Breakfast

15 Cubes
Make a smoothie or smoothie bowl with almond, coconut, or cashew milk. Top smoothie bowl with fresh berries, if desired.

10am

Two cups of warm, filtered water with lemon.

Midday

Lunch

15 Cubes
Make a smoothie or smoothie bowl with unsweetened almond, coconut, or cashew milk. Top smoothie bowl with fresh berries, if desired.

1pm

Two cups hot or cold filtered water with lemon.

3pm

10 Cubes
Make a smoothie or smoothie bowl with almond, coconut, or cashew milk.

Evening

5pm

One and a half cups of organic vegetable broth, bone broth or water with lemon.

Dinner

Between 6pm and 7pm

15 Cubes
Make a smoothie or smoothie bowl with almond, coconut, or cashew milk. Also enjoy 2 cups of warm or cold filtered water with lemon.

Nightcap

A mug of hot water with with lemon and some fresh ginger. Sprinkle dried ginger if necessary. OR Hot water with 1-2 Cubes of Skinny Peach, Pitaya Protein, or Acai Maqui.
Go to bed feeling less bloated and dream about how awesome you are.

Dessert

OPTIONAL

Make a cereal of 5 Cubes topped with almond, coconut or cashew milk. Soften at room temperature for 15 minutes, drizzle with almond butter and berries, if desired.
