A: Due to the frozen nature of our product, we ship on dry ice and design each package to stay frozen until the evening of the delivery date. Please look out for an email with your tracking information which will be sent out when your package leaves the warehouse. Track those babies closely and stick them in the freezer as soon as possible. As always, if you have any questions-weird or not- send them to smoothies@livepure.love and we will get back to you ASAP! A: We like to use organic, unsweetened almond, coconut or cashew milk, but it’s up to you! For Skinny Peach, we recommend coconut water. Don’t have milk? Use filtered water. Not as creamy, but equally delicious.
A: Nope. If you love your dairy, then get to milkin’. As health coaches, we do suggest organic whole milk.

A: The longer you blend, the thinner the consistency gets. Think thick milkshakes for smoothies, creamy gelato for smoothie bowls.
A: Most blenders are perfectly capable of making smoothies, but if you have an older one, let our cubes soften at room temperature for 5 minutes before blending.

A: Don't hate us. But no, you can't blend them right away because they have been snuggling with dry ice to stay super cold on their journey to your door. No worries though, just leave some cubes out on the counter for about 20 minutes and blend away. Otherwise, just store your cubes in the freezer and enjoy the next day.
